Juliette 1200C

 

The Juliette 1200C by Sydney Woodfire Ovens is the entry level to the commercial range featuring a 1200mm internal cooking area. This commercial oven has the same shell and cooking surface as the Juliette 1200 but its walls are much thicker giving it better cooking qualities and heat retention. Constructed with double insulatation and denser materials to withstand constant use. It is the perfect size for small to medium restaurants and cafes and comfortably holds up to 6-7 x 12″ pizzas.

 

Please Note: It is highly recommended that SWO or approved installers install our commercial range of ovens.

Do-It-Yourself Vs Qualified Installer – Depending on your own skills when it comes to commercial projects, you may decide to choose the Do-It-Yourself option – or – you can simply have one of our qualified installers fit to completion. Our team of skilled tradesmen have many years experience working in the construction and installation of wood fired ovens and our workmanship is guaranteed – 12 months warranty on workmanship.

 

Construction – All our ovens are manufactured from durable raw materials, premium quality high strength refractory cement, proudly Australian made and are hand-crafted on our premises.

 

Our Finish – We install our wood fired ovens complete with a rendered sponge finish – but it doesn’t have to end there – you can get creative with a range of finishing touches, from paint to mosaic, explore your options to best suit your decor.

 

Base – A stand for the base is required and available upon request. Whether it is a Hebel, steel or custom base, fixed or mobile, ask us about our designs and let us provide you with options to meet within your budget.

Bella 800

The Bella 800 by Sydney Woodfire Ovens is the baby of the family. Featuring an 800mm internal cooking area, the Bella 800 is the ideal size for smaller applications or space restricted areas. It comfortably holds up to 2 x 12`` pizzas. The minimum base requirement for the Bella 800 is 1250mm x 1150mm.

Sienna 1000

The Sienna 1000 by Sydney Woodfire Ovens is our most popular oven. Featuring a 1000mm internal cooking area, the Sienna 1000 is a very versitile oven and can cater for the smaller intimate gatherings to the larger family functions. It comfortably holds up to 4-5 x 12`` pizzas. The minimum base requirement for the Sienna 1000 is 1450mm x 1350mm.

Juliette 1200

The Juliette 1200 by Sydney Woodfire Ovens is best suited to the social butterfly that regularly entertains or for the more serious home chefs who love to cook. Featuring a 1200mm internal cooking area, the Juliette 1200 is perfect for the larger family functions and gatherings. It comfortably holds up to 6-7 x 12`` pizzas. The minimum base requirement for the Juliette 1200 is 1800mm x 1700mm.

CUSTOM BUILT

We are proud to say we built this oven from scratch. Due to the whopping size this custom oven took over 6 weeks to build and is a staggering 4m x 4m in diametre, weighing in at 10 tonne. Boasting an internal cooking space of 2.1m x 2.7m and making ginormous pizzas measuring 1.8m x 1.8m, this oven is truly a must-see. The Guiness Book of Records confirmed that the pizzas will be included in the Guiness Book following 12 months of service at All Phones Arena.
